The Family and Children's Services (FCS) Division of the Human Services Agency (HSA) administers child welfare, foster care, and other services to address child abuse and neglect, and increase the well-being of children and families. The official public number for the agency is (415) 557-5000. Please call the FCS Hotline (800) 856-5553, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you suspect a child is being harmed.
